ROV Test and Training Pool

We have an ROV Test Pool available for rental located at our facility in Plainwell, Michigan.  The pool is 6' deep by 15' wide by 25' long in our temperature controlled facility.  We have a loading dock, forklift, and hoist to assist you in getting the ROV into and out of the test pool.  

Once in the ROV Test Pool, your pilot can test bouyancy, thrusters, control, and the mechanics of your equipment.  Your pilot can also finetune their manipulator and operator skills in comfort, without fear of lost equipment, weather or poor visibility.

 

The pool can have an optional sand or rock bottom for realistic testing situations.   Another option is adding a thruster to simulate water current.
